Our Policies

At Pawluxe-Haven, we understand that plans may change and unexpected circumstances can arise. To ensure fairness to both our clients and our staff, the following refund and credit policy applies:

Refund Policy

Deposits & Payments:

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your service dates.

  • The remaining balance is due upon completion of services.

Cancellations by Client:

  • Cancellations made 7 days or less before the scheduled service will result in your deposit being credited to your account for use within 3 months toward future services.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled service may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

Cancellations by Pawluxe-Haven:

  • If Pawluxe-Haven must cancel due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, we will:

    • Reschedule your service at the earliest possible date within 3 months of cancellation date, and

    • Provide a 20% credit toward your next booking.

Refunds:

  • Full refunds will only be issued if Pawluxe-Haven is unable to reschedule services due to our availability.

  • All other refunds will be issued in the form of service credits as outlined above.

Privacy Policy

Information We Collect:

  • Name, address, phone number, and email

  • Pet information (breed, age, medical needs, behavior notes)

  • Payment information (processed securely via third-party providers)

 

How We Use Your Information:

  • To schedule and provide pet care services

  • To communicate important updates, invoices, or policy changes

  • To improve our services and client experience

  • For internal record-keeping and compliance purposes

Information Sharing:

  • We will never sell or trade your personal information. We may share limited details only when:

    • Required by law, regulation, or legal process

    • Necessary to protect the safety of pets, clients, or staff

    • With trusted third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors) who maintain strict confidentiality

Data Security:

  • We take reasonable precautions to secure your personal and payment information, including encryption and secure systems.

Your Rights:

  • You may request access, updates, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us directly.

  • You may opt out of non-essential communications (such as promotions) without affecting your service relationship with us.
